These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User," "you," or "Player") and 58q ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "58q"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 58q platform and close your account if one exists. Continued use of 58q constitutes ongoing acceptance of these Terms and any subsequent amendments.
These Terms should be read in conjunction with the 58q Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement governing your use of the platform.

By registering an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. 58q reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend accounts pending verification. Any account found to belong to a minor will be immediately closed and all funds forfeited.
2.2 One Account Per User. Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active 58q account. Registering multiple accounts constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.
2.3 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information at registration and to update that information promptly if it changes. 58q may close accounts where false, misleading, or incomplete information has been provided.
2.4 Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of 58q complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. 58q does not represent or warrant that its services are lawful in all jurisdictions. Pakistani players are individually responsible for understanding and complying with local laws governing online gaming participation.
3.1 Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 58q login credentials, including your username and password. 58q will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. 3.2 Unauthorised Access. 4.1 Supported Methods. 58q accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Visa, Mastercard, Bank Transfer (including HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah), and USDT TRC20. All transactions are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified.
4.2 Minimum Transactions. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction. 58q reserves the right to adjust minimum and maximum transaction limits at any time and without prior notice.
4.3 Withdrawal Verification. 58q reserves the right to verify your identity before processing any withdrawal. You may be required to submit identity documents including a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or equivalent government-issued identification. Processing times for withdrawals vary by payment method.
4.4 Funds Origin. By depositing funds into your 58q account, you warrant that such funds are lawfully held by you and are not the proceeds of any criminal, illegal, or fraudulent activity. 58q reserves the right to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations.
5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by 58q are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published at the time the promotion is made available. Players are responsible for reading the specific terms of each promotion before opting in.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified time frame will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.

5.4 Amendments. 58q reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
6.1 Game Rules. Each game available on 58q operates under its own set of rules, which are accessible within the game interface. By placing a bet or engaging with a game on 58q, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.
6.2 Errors & Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, communication failure, or system error that affects the outcome of any game or bet on 58q, the Company reserves the right to void affected bets and return staked amounts to the player's account. Winnings arising from a clear technical error will not be honoured.
6.3 Sports Betting. 58q cricket betting and all sports betting markets are governed by the specific sportsbook rules applicable to the sport and market in question. In the case of event cancellation, postponement, or result disputes, 58q's sportsbook rules will take precedence.
6.4 Bet Cancellation. 58q reserves the right to void or cancel any bet placed at incorrect odds arising from a data feed error, human error, or any other identifiable mistake, regardless of whether the bet has been settled.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 58q platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and legal action where appropriate:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 58q platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the 58q platform without prior written permission from 58q.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 58q shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the 58q platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or interruption of service.
58q's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The 58q platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
